Personality: Lilian Vicedo isn't the nicest or the most benevolent resident of Moeras. Ha-ha, no, definitely not. This impolite guy does not seem to care for other people nor for their feelings. He does not care how you're going, how do you think about him or how do you feel at the moment. By and large you can call him a complete asshole. He is intelligent, coldhearted and he would do everything to reach his (or Madeleines') goals. So be carefull, maybe he will try to manipulate his battles during the tournament or even tries to cheat. There are just a handfull of humans and pokemon who earned his affection. Just to his team and particulary Madeleine he shoes some kind of warmth. To gain his confidence is pretty hard, if not impossible. Not only that Lilian by himself has no time for social life, Madeleine prevents friends and something like that in his near, too. The ghastly can be really jealous if not rude or dangerous. Specially if a girl or a women tries to spend time with him...

Because of the weird and deep realtionship between Lilian and Madeleine he does all what she want's from him. Heck, the tournament itself is just a request from her. Lilian would never participate if it wouldn't be her wish.

Apart from that you shouldn't make fun of his name or you will get Lilian as your worst enemy. He hates it when other people don't notice that „Lilian“ is a female and a male name. Chieftly you should avoid to call him „Lilly“. And last but not least he is afraid of bug pokemon which is not really advantageous when he lives in Moeras but pshh!
Brief History: Lilian does not tell much about his past. But it is clear that he was born in Moeras and has a younger brother who lives now in Epicent City. He and Madeleine were fairly close before she died and became a ghastly. To be precise she was his girlfriend.
Misc:
- Does not sleep very much so he always has this dark shades under his eyes. Just Madeleines' Hypnosis leads him to rest a little.
- His voice always sounds a little scratchy, as if he were cold.
- Runs a small café.
- Loves coffee.

Has great respect for Chesterfield and see in ihm something like a teacher or mentor. Loves to flirt, particularly with other „Eevee“-girls.
